The Online Booking Service of CoTaPiClient is a new service offered by Co.Ta.Pi. so as to simplify and expedite the procedure to reserve a taxi. No more waiting on the phone: just follow the steps listed below to complete your reservation.

First, you should register by inserting a valid email address and a password. You will receive an email with a link: by clicking on it, your registration will be completed and you will then be able to book your taxi.

Second, you need to choose which type of service you need, either from the Pisa International Airport Galilei or from the town of Pisa and its surroundings: just clik on the “Partenza da Aeroporto/Departing from the Airport” button or on the “Partenza da Pisa e dintorni/Departing from Pisa & Surroundings” button.

Third, you should fill in all the fields of the form that will automaticly open by clicking on the “Send” button and forward it to us.

Your request will be processed in the shortest time possible and you will receive an email about the status of your request. In case of missing details, you will be contacted for further information.

Please take note:

1. each reservation has an additional cost of € 1.50 which will be applied to the taxi fare;
2. you can book a taxi service between 4.30 a.m. and 11.00 p.m.; requests for reservations at an earlier or later time will not be processed;
3. reservation requests are to be submitted at least one hour earlier than the required taxi service, otherwise your request will not be taken into consideration;
4. reservations are not taken from the central railway station Pisa Centrale, from the whole of its surrounding square and from the Pietrasantina Parking;
5. reservations from the Pisa International Airport Galilei will be accepted provided that the expected flight arrival time will not exceed 10.30 p.m. as, in case of delay of your flight, we cannot guarantee to fulfil your request.
